REALM Capital Advisors is led by T. Sean Lance, who has over $2 billion in career transaction volume, with land sales on projects valued at over $10 billion throughout the southeastern United States.

Sean was previously a partner and held executive-level positions in a global real estate services company. He launched REALM Capital Advisors — providing advisory services for multifamily investments, residential & mixed-use development, and land services — as well as co-founding and launching Kinward Living in 2023, a Build-to-Rent (BTR) platform with more than 2,500 units under development and an estimated NAV of $1 billion.

Sean has transacted more than 10,000 institutionally aggregated residential units in Florida since 2010.

He was previously the Florida Acquisition Partner for a private SFR REIT backed by Nuveen, the Florida Operating Partner of a private SFR REIT backed by KKR, and has exclusively handled acquisitions for a variety of institutional equity firms across multiple asset classes.

Sean has consulted on projects with top builders and financial institutions including Angelo Gordon, Strategic Property Partners / Cascade Investment LLC, AIG, Prudential Financial, Principal Real Estate Advisors, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, in addition to joint-venturing on upwards of $100,000,000 in development projects.
